A: Yes, the MOQ is usually around 10000pcs each design/ each size. But if there is anything special, you can always tell us,our sales team will look into each project and make a further concession after negotiation.

A: We guarantee the products customers receive are qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us some detailed photos by email, and then we will send you the replacement parts according to actual conditions.

7) Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A:After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free with freight collected;
If you need printed samples, we will charge $30-$100 to cover the cost on film.

8) Q: How can I get a quotation?
A: Please give us the size (including length, width), order quantity and other requirements, for example the paper type,
color, ect.
If you have no clear specifications, please contact us, we will provide our professional suggestion for you.

9): Q: How long can I expect to get the sample ?
A: Yes, the stocked sample is free with freight collected, it will be better if you has a DHL, UPS, TNT account.
If sample is printed as per your artwork,we will charge,delivery time will be a little longer

10): Q: Do you inspect the finished goods ?
A: Yes, our QC will inspect products in every step of production.

11): Q: What is your lead time?
A: Normally, 7~15days after sample approved and deposit received. But it also depends on your order quantity and the season you place order.

12) : Q: Can you printing accoridng to our request?
A: If you have no design, we are happy to design the artwork photo for you.
If you have your own design, Pls supply PDF, AI, CDR, EPS, GIF,GRF....format,we are happy to arrange sample production according to your design for test the quality.
